2025년 7월 1일(화) ~ 16일(수)

모집대상:

- 한양대학교ERICA 내외국인 학부생&교환학생

- 직전학기 평점 3.0 이상

활동기간: 2025학년도 2학기 (2025년 9월 ~ 12월)

활동내용:

- 멘토주관팀별활동(멘토링) : 멘토의 리더십과 멘티들의 특정 역량을 강화 할 수 있는 주제를 선정하여 팀활동(총 7회)

  Green: 자기계발 / Red: 예체능 / Yellow: 미래동행 *첨부파일2 p18  & 첨부파일 별첨 참조

- 매주 월요일 오후 6시 정례회의 필수 참석

- 프로그램 참여 : 리더십특강(명사초청강의), 언어/글로벌 카페(영어 커뮤니케이션/문화 교류), 특별활동 등 활동 지원 참여

- Residential College센터 행사 기획 및 운영

활동혜택: ⭐⭐⭐

- 활동 수료증  : 2학기 이상 수료 시, 총장직인 수료증 수여

- 장학금 : 멘토 1,200,000원 / 하우스장(멘토장) 1,600,000원_ 학기 말 지급

Eligibility:

• Hanyang University ERICA undergraduate students & exchange students (Graduate students: Please contact us separately)

• GPA of 3.0 or higher in the previous semester

Activity Period:
Fall Semester 2025 (September – December 2025)

• Team-Based Mentoring Activities (Led by Mentors):
  Mentors choose a topic that enhances their leadership and supports mentees' growth in specific areas. Teams will meet 7 times in total.

  • - Green: Self-development

  • - Red: Arts & Physical Education

  • - Yellow: Future together
    Refer to Attachment 2, p.18 & additional attached documents for more details.

• Weekly Meetings:
  Mandatory weekly meeting every Monday at 6 PM

• Program Participation:
  Participation in leadership lectures (Special Lecture by a Guest Speaker), Language/Global Café (English communication and cultural exchange), special activities, and more

• Planning and Management of RC Center Events
  Refer to Attachment 2 for details on the 2024 program

• Certificate of Completion:
  Issued with the University President’s seal after completing 2 or more semesters

• Scholarship:

  • Mentor: 1,200,000 KRW

  • House Leader (Head Mentor): 1,600,000 KRW
