한양대학교 ERICA Residential College 센터 글로벌 하우스에서는 한국문화체험을 안산시에 위치한 ‘안산시행복예절관’에서 2023년 4월 4일(화) 오후 2시, 4월 5일(수) 오후 2시, 4월 12일(수) 오후 2시로 총 세 차례에 나눠서 진행하였다.
예절관에 도착한 학생들은 한복의 역사와 한복의 색이 의미하는 것 등 한복에 대한 설명을 듣고 직접 한복을 입어보았으며 한국의 전통 인사 예절을 배우고 따라 하며 익히는 시간을 가졌다. 뒤이어 진행된 다도 체험에서는 한국의 전통 차와 차를 마실 때 사용되는 ‘다구’의 명칭과 사용법에 대한 설명을 듣고 차를 우려내는 순서에 따라 직접 차를 우려 마셔보았다. 이후 야외에서 한국의 전통 놀이인 ‘투호’와 ‘제기차기’를 함께 하며 활동을 마무리하였다.
The Korean Culture Experience activity took place at the Ansan Etiquette Education Center. The activity was divided into three sessions: April 4th (Tuesday) at 2 PM, April 5th (Wednesday) at 2 PM, and April 12th (Wednesday) at 2 PM.
Upon arriving at the etiquette center, the students received explanations about the history of 'Hanbok' (traditional Korean clothing) and the symbolic meanings of its colors. They had the opportunity to try on Hanbok themselves and learn and practice traditional Korean greeting etiquette. In the subsequent tea ceremony experience, they learned about the names and usage of 'Dagu' (tea utensils) used for drinking traditional Korean tea and followed the proper order of brewing and enjoying tea by doing it themselves. Afterward, the activity concluded with the students participating in traditional Korean outdoor games such as 'Tuho' (arrow throwing) and 'Jegichagi' (shuttlecock kicking).
