한양대학교 Residential College 센터 글로벌 하우스에서는 2022년 5월 28(토) 오전 10시부터 기숙사 앞 축구장에서 제1회 글로벌 리더십 페스티벌이 진행되었다. 이번 프로그램으로 Residential College 센터 내 리더십 하우스 학생들과 글로벌 하우스 학생들이 모두 함께 참여할 수 있었다.
페스티벌 진행 전 교육관 205호에서 리더십 하우스와 글로벌 하우스의 2022학년도 1학기 학기 운영 보고가 있었다. 리더십 하우스의 멘토들이 한 학기를 활동하며 느낀 점과 깨달은 점 및 팀 활동 진행 결과물에 대하여 발표하였다. 뒤이어 글로벌 하우스의 소개와 더불어 활동 발표가 있었고 끝에 글로벌 하우스에 참여한 외국인 학생이 간단한 소감을 공유하였다. 이후 중식 시간을 가진 뒤 깜짝 행사로 보물찾기 이벤트를 진행하였다. 교육관에 숨겨진 보물 종이를 찾기 위한 학생들의 열정을 확인할 수 있었다. 그 후 페스티벌 행사를 위한 팀이 총 6팀으로 배정되었으며 각자 팀 배정을 확인하고 미리 준비된 팀 유니폼으로 갈아입음으로써 팀별로 팀워크를 다졌다.
이후 본격적으로 페스티벌 행사가 진행되었다. 먼저 아이스 브레이킹을 위해 개인전으로 "둥글게 둥글게" 게임을 진행하여 최후로 살아남은 3인을 선정하였다. 그 후 개인전으로 "OX 퀴즈"를 진행하여 최후의 2인을 선정하였다. 개인전이 끝난 후 팀전을 진행하였다. 진행한 게임으로는 "몸으로 말해요", "꼬리 잡기", "공 전달하기", "계주" 가 있다. 먼저 몸으로 말해요를 진행하였다. 팀별로 주제를 랜덤하게 뽑은 후 릴레이로 설명을 진행하였다. 제한 시간 내 가장 많이 맞춘 팀의 순위를 정하였다. 그 후 공 전달하기를 진행하였다. 출발선을 기준으로 공을 뒤로 전달하여 가장 먼저 도착하는 팀의 순위를 정하였다. 그 후 꼬리잡기를 진행하였다. 6팀이 동시에 진행하였으며 각 팀의 머리가 상대 팀의 꼬리를 먼저 잡는 게임이었다. 꼬리잡기가 끝난 후 번외로 스피드 게임을 진행하였다. 마지막 게임으로 페스티벌의 하이라이트인 계주를 진행하였다. 팀별로 인원을 선정하여 가장 먼저 2바퀴를 도는 팀을 선정하였다.
모든 게임이 끝난 후 점수를 종합적으로 산정해 1등 팀을 가렸다. 우승팀 시상이 끝난 후 랜덤 추첨을 진행하여 상품을 전달하였다. Residential College 센터의 마지막 행사인 글로벌 리더십 페스티벌이 성공적으로 진행되었으며 Residential College 센터 학생들이 하나가 될 수 있는 즐거운 시간이었다.
At the Hanyang University ERICA Residential College Center Global House, the first Global Leadership Festival was held at the soccer field in front of the ERICA Residence Hall from 10am on May 28, 2022. This activity allowed both Leadership house students and Global house students to get along together.
Before the festival, there was a Leadership House and Global House’s operation report for the 2022 Spring Semester. The mentors of the Leadership House presented what they felt and learned from their team's activities throughout the semester. Next, there was a presentation of the Global House activities along with the introduction of it, and at the end, a foreign student who participated in the Global House program shared brief feedback. After lunchtime, a treasure hunt event was held as a surprise event. Students were all eager to find treasure paper hidden in the Residential College Center building. After that, a total of six teams were assigned for the festival event, and each team strengthened their teamwork and changed their clothes into a team uniform.
Since then, Global Leadership Festival has started. First, for ice breaking, the individual game ‘Make a Circle’ was played, and the last three surviving players won the game. The next individual game was "OX Quiz" and the prize was given to two winners. After the individual games, the team games began. The team games were ‘Charade’, ‘Pass a Ball’, ‘Tail Catch’, and ‘Relay Race’. First, students played ‘Charade’. After randomly selecting topics, team members took turns, mimed and guessed in a relay way. The team which got the most answers within the time limit won. After that, ‘Pass a Ball’ was played. The team which enters the finish line first after passing the ball above their head in line won the game. The next game was ‘Tail Catch’. Six teams played at the same time. Each team's head has to catch the other team's tail first. After the ‘Tail Catch’, the speed game was played as an extra. As the last game, the highlight of the festival, the ‘Relay Race’, was played. Each team decided on the number of people to run the relay race, and the first team to go around two laps won. After all the games, the scores were comprehensively calculated to determine the winning team. After the Awards Ceremony, a lucky draw was held to give random prizes to students. The Global Leadership Festival, the final activity of the Residential College Center, was successful and it was a meaningful time for the students of the Residential College Center to become one.
