한양대학교 ERICA Residential College 센터(이하 RC센터)는 2025학년도 1학기 RC 활동에 지원한 모든 학생을 대상으로 2025년 3월 5일(수), 6일(목) 낮 12시 30분과 저녁 6시 30분 두 차례 오리엔테이션을 개최했습니다. 첫 번째로 열린 낮 세션은 외국인 유학생을 위한 자리로, 참가자들은 짧은 네트워킹 시간을 통해 서로 인사를 나눈 뒤 RC센터의 비전, 각 하우스 운영 방식, 유학생 전용 프로그램을 차례로 안내 받았습니다. 다음 날 저녁에는 한국인 학생 대상 오리엔테이션이 이어져 All Day with RC, All Night with RC 등 필수 코스를 상세히 소개하고, 올해 새롭게 마련된 프로그램들을 발표했습니다. 마지막 순서로 멘토 주도 활동 일정이 공유되자 멘티들은 한 학기 동안 펼쳐질 다채로운 프로그램에 큰 기대감을 드러냈습니다. 이번 오리엔테이션은 내·외국인 학생이 함께 어울릴 미래 활동을 예고하며, 2025년 1학기 RC 생활에 대한 참여 열의를 확인할 수 있었던 유익한 시간이었습니다.
The ERICA Residential College Center at Hanyang University hosted two orientation sessions for all incoming RC participants in the spring semester of 2025 on Wednesday, 5 March and 6 March 2025, at 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The midday session, aimed at international students, began with informal networking before presenting the RC Center’s goals, the house structure, and dedicated support programs for non-Korean residents. In the evening next day, domestic students gathered to learn the details of the All Day with RC and All Night with RC requirements, as well as to hear about this year’s new initiatives. The program concluded with mentors outlining their upcoming events, which sparked noticeable excitement among mentees. Overall, the orientation offered a valuable preview of collaborative activities between international and Korean students and affirmed the community’s enthusiasm for the 2025 spring RC experience.
