한양대학교 ERICA Residential College 센터는 2024년 6월 4일(수) 오후 1시부터 학술정보관 뒤편 잔디공터에서 RC 활동 참여 학생을 포함한 교내 학생들을 대상으로 Better Together Picnic 행사를 진행했습니다.
사전 신청은 구글 폼을 통해 받았으며, 신청자에게는 피크닉 매트를 대여하고 식음료를 제공했습니다. 내국인과 외국인 학생들이 모두 쉽고 재미있게 참여할 수 있도록 '투호', '제기차기', '림보' 등의 미니게임을 준비했습니다. 모든 미니게임에 참여하고 도장을 받은 학생들은 추첨을 통해 경품을 받을 수 있는 이벤트도 진행했습니다. 뿐만 아니라, 소원팔찌 만들기 부스에서 실을 교차해서 묶어 팔찌를 만들어 서로 선물하는 등의 활동도 제공되었습니다. 이 외에도 Residential College 센터 인스타그램 계정 스토리 태그 이벤트 등 다양한 홍보 이벤트가 마련되었습니다. 학생들은 이번 행사를 통해 평소 바빠서 즐기지 못했던 피크닉을 경험하고, 미니게임을 통해 새로운 친구를 사귀며 다양한 국적의 사람들을 만날 수 있어 좋았다는 소감을 전했습니다.
The Hanyang University ERICA Residential College Center held the Better Together Picnic event on Wednesday, June 4, 2024, starting at 1 PM on the lawn behind the Academic Information Center. This event was open to all students, including those participating in RC activities.
Pre-registration was conducted through Google Forms, and registered participants were provided with picnic mats and refreshments. Mini-games such as 'Tuho' (a traditional Korean arrow-throwing game), 'Jegichagi' (a Korean hacky sack game), and 'Limbo' were prepared to ensure both domestic and international students could easily and enjoyably participate. Students who participated in all the mini-games and collected stamps were entered into a raffle for prizes. Additionally, there was a wish bracelet-making booth where students could cross threads to create bracelets and exchange them as gifts. Various promotional events, including an Instagram story tagging event on the Residential College Center's account, were also organized. Students expressed that this event allowed them to enjoy a picnic, something they usually couldn't do due to their busy schedules, and to make new friends from different nationalities through the mini-games.
